Ein sehr schönes Produkt

Ich habe die sportversion gekauft das Produkt beim Auspacken ist relativ hochwertig allerdings habe ich einen kleinen Mängel wenn man das auszieht hört sich das sehr danach an als würde Plastik auf Plastik reiben eventuell könnte man das ja mit einem kugellager nachbessern damit es noch länger hält ansonsten ist das Produkt wirklich top für dienstausweise kleine Anregung an dieses Unternehmen bitte sendet doch vernünftige ausweisträger und nicht so plastikfolie die ist nämlich innerhalb drei Tage eingerissen gewesen vielleicht könnte man dort nachbessern und eine hartplastik dienstausweis Hülle hinzufügen natürlich nicht kostenlos gerne darf das Produkt dann auch 5 € mehrkosten oder man fügt halt so hinzu dass man sich die hartplastik hülle mit dazu bestellen kann zum Produkt 😉👍

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, dass mit diesem Utensil dem Schlüsselverlust und Schlüssel suchen, ein Schnippchen geschlagen werden kann!

Ich war geteilter Meinung - bin aber sehr beeindruckt vom Service

Es gibt nur drei Sterne, da mein Einkauf eingetrübt wurde!
Mechanisch ⚙️ ist der Aufrollmechanismus und der Karabiner sehr wertig, das wären für mich 5 Sterne.
Aber leider war das kurze Gurtband, was den Karabiner und den Aufrollmechanismus verbindet nach einer Woche schon „aufgeribbelt“!
Das darf nicht sein und führt zum Abzug von zwei Sternen.
Nachtrag vom 1.02.24:
Der Service hat mich aufgrund meiner Bewertung angeschrieben und war sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Sie haben mir ganz unkompliziert einen Ersatz geschickt. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und sehr engagiert. Deshalb an dieser Stelle dann gerne auch 5 Sterne ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
